Fine bubbles with a long-lasting presence characterize this sparkling wine, crafted from a blend of Xinomavro (Blanc de Noir), delicate Riesling, and aromatic Gewürztraminer. The secondary tank fermentation method (SHARMA method) imparts rich aromas of white-fleshed peach, green tea, lemon, and tropical fruits. Pairing wonderfully with aged cheeses such as Parmesan and Naxos Graviera, this sparkling wine offers finesse alongside its intense bubbles. Serve chilled at 2-7°C for optimal enjoyment.

This unique wine, crafted exclusively from the renowned Xinomavro grapes of Amyntaios, boasts a light ruby color that is intense and bright. It offers an explosion of aromas reminiscent of strawberries and red forest fruits, leading to a full-bodied taste with a pleasant aftertaste and a sweet finish. It pairs excellently with fatty fish such as trout and salmon, beef or fish carpaccio, fresh seafood, sushi, pizzas, and finger foods. Serve chilled at 6-8°C to fully appreciate its flavors.
