Intense aromas of evening primrose, jasmine, lemon zest, and hints of tropical fruit characterize this wine. With balanced acidity, a crisp finish, and promising aging potential, it pairs perfectly with pasta, white cheeses, seafood with olive oil, and oily dishes. Serve chilled at 8-10°C for optimal enjoyment.
