Unique location
Located in the heart of the Amyntaio PDO viticultural zone, our modern facilities were built in 2007 within the oldest vineyard in Agios Panteleimonas. These facilities were designed based on the needs of Xinomavro, which dominates the vineyards of the area and holds a special place in our hearts.
The Winery
Modern facilities
An isobaric bottler allows us to uphold the region's longstanding tradition of producing Amyntaio sparkling wines, always based on the Xinomavro variety. Our winery has a capacity of 260,000 liters, with increasing trends observed in each wine-growing season. All our tanks are made of stainless steel and equipped with temperature control systems.

The Cellar
We also have an underground cellar capable of accommodating 120 oak barrels at ideal temperatures. Our trump card, however, is the superb view offered by the terrace of our winery, overlooking Lake Vegoritida and the most mountainous part of the Agios Panteleimon vineyard.
